Under the guidance of the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration (Shenzhen Intellectual Property Office), organized by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., co organized by the Intellectual Property Innovation Alliance, and supported by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Exchange, the "2023 Shenzhen High Value Intellectual Property Cultivation and Service Training (First Session)" was successfully held on September 22, 2023 in Fangdacheng, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

The training activities aim to implement the national patent strategy, leverage the advantages of centralized talent and technology, cultivate high-value and high-level patent innovation talents on a large scale, and promote the high-quality development of high-value intellectual property cultivation and services in Shenzhen.

The training activity was conducted in a combination of offline and online methods. The organizer specially invited experts from the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Expert Database, such as Wu Gaolin, Ling Jialian, Ye Peiyong, a foreign patent agent, Zheng Yulin, an expert from the Guangdong Intellectual Property Office Expert Database, and Zhang Yong, the director of the Copyright Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, to give lectures in person, They shared exciting content around improving the quality of patent applications and cultivating high-value patent policies, business processes for overseas patent layout, practical cases of high-value patent cultivation strategies and transformation, transformation strategies from traditional agencies to high-value patent agency services, plaintiff's patent infringement litigation strategies and defense reasons for patent infringement as defendants, and delivery standards for high-value intellectual property services, The atmosphere on site was warm.

This training session received active attention and participation from everyone, with 50-60 participants participating in offline training, with a total of over 1000 participants trained both online and offline.
