  　　5.How long can the remittance be received?

• Real name authentication

  　　1. Real name authentication process

  　　The real name authentication process is as follows: (if you need to connect real name authentication in detail, please click "real name authentication" to learn more about real name authentication)

        2.Why should I conduct real name authorization?
  

         Real name authentication is that in order to ensure the authenticity of member information, only certified members can publish and trade information on the website.

  　　3. What information does real name authentication need to upload and fill in?

  　　(1) Individual member

  　　Real name, please fill in the same name as your valid certificate;

  　　Valid documents: valid documents include: ID card, passport, military card, etc

  　　Certificate number: Please fill in the number or number of the certificate, such as ID card number.

  　　Front and back of the certificate: upload the scanned copy of the certificate;

  　    Photo the individual holding the certificate: a photo with the individual holding valid certificate. The photo must clearly show the head image of the individual and the head image on the certificate. The individual cannot wear a hat or cover his face.

         Personal signature: scan and upload personal signature.
  

  　　Contact information: fill in the mobile phone, phone number, email and other contact information. We will verify the authenticity of the information with you by phone after you submit the information.

  　　(2) Institutional members:

  　　Name of enterprise organization: the name of the enterprise organization on the business license

  　　Organization Code: enterprise or organization code

  　　Legal representative: name of enterprise legal person

  　　Organization business license: scanning copy of organization business license

  　　Organization code certificate: scanned copy of organization code certificate

  　　Official seal: scanning copy of official seal

  　　Contact information: fill in the mobile phone, phone number, email and other contact information. We will contact you by phone to verify the authenticity of the information after you submit the information.

  　   4. What if I haven't received a follow-up call since submitting the information?

  If you haven't received a follow-up call after submitting the information, please contact the platform customer service:

  　　5.Will the real name data uploaded be transferred out?

  The real name data you upload will be saved on the database of HKIPX and will not be exported.

  6.How long can the verification be completed?

  With working days, the verification can be completed within half of a day.

        7.Can the users that fail the real name verification publish information to participate in transactions?

  　　Users that didn’t pass the real name verification cannot publish information and participate in transactions on the HKIPX platform.

   

  
  

• Member registration

  　　1. Member registration process?

  　　2. What if my phone number or email has been registered?

        There are two solutions available:

        1) You may already been a member of HKIPX. You can use the password recovery function to          retrieve your password;

        2) Use another phone number or email to register.

  
  

  　　3. What if I didn't receive the verification code during the registration?

  　　If you don't receive the verification code from your mobile phone or email (depending on your registered account) within 1 minute, please click "resend verification code" to obtain the new verification code;

  　　If you can't receive the verification code after repeatedly resending the verification code, please click "change account" to change the new registration account to receive the verification code.

  
  

  　　4. What if I forgot my password?

  　　If you forget the login password, you can click "forget password" on the login page to enter the password recovery module, and modify the password after receiving the verification code by binding the mobile phone or email.

  
  

  　　5.Will members registered via mobile phone be charged?

  　　There will be no deduction for mobile registered members.

  
  

  　　6. Can I choose a member type?

        1. What are the requirements for financing projects?

  　　2. If the subject of the financing project is an object, should it be kept by the platform?

  　　In the process of project certification, our staff will get in touch with you. If the main body is an object, we require the third-party insurance company to be responsible for the preservation.

  　　After successful investment, the platform will facilitate the buyer and the seller to sign a written cooperation agreement through offline.

        5. If I failed to win the bid, when can the frozen investment amount be unfrozen?

  　　If you fail to win the bid, the frozen investment amount can be unfrozen within 1 day.

  
  

  　　6. What if you won the bid and don't want to cooperate before signing the offline contract?

  　　We will deduct 50% of your liquidated damages according to the agreement. The trading platform will issue a notice to announce the failure. If the owner of the project wants to conduct the transaction, he can choose another time to conduct the project re bidding.

• Qualification

  　　

          1. How to apply for project certification?

  Step 1: Log in to the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Exchange and enter the project certification module in the evaluation and certification;

  Step 2, click "apply for certification" to enter the certification application;

  Step 3: fill in the qualification information and click the "submit order" button to enter the payment module;

  Step 4: click payment module to complete the authentication application;

  Step 5: the platform will contact you within 5 working days and review the certification.

  　　2. What information needs to be uploaded?

  　　(1) Business organization

  　　Business license, organization code and articles of Association;

  　　Audit report (or annual financial report) for the last three years and monthly financial report for the last six months;

  　　Bank account statement of the last six months;

  　　Balance sheet of the institution; (see attachment)

  　　Organization and individual (controller, legal representative and general manager) information sheet. (see attachment)

  　　(2) Individual

  　　Personal ID card certificate; (ID card or other valid certificate)

  　　Personal balance sheet; (see Annex)

  　　Personal information form (see attachment)

  　　Personal bank account statement of the last 6 months;

  　　Main IP products information owned. (see attachment)

  　　3. How is the project certification fee charged?

  　　The qualification certificate is valid for half a year.

  
  

  　　4.Will the information submitted for the application of project certification be published?

  　　Qualification certification is mainly divided into five levels. When we certify your data, we will grade it according to your comprehensive strength.

  
  

  　　5.Will the information submitted at the time of application for qualification be released to the public?

  　　The patent submitted by the qualification certification will only remain in the service period of the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Exchange, and your information will not be released to the public

• Project certification

  　　1. How to apply for project certification?

  　　The first step is to log in to the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Exchange and enter the project certification module in the evaluation and certification;

  　　Step 2, click "apply for certification" to enter the certification application;

  　　Step 3: fill in the qualification information and click the "submit order" button to enter the payment module;

  　　Step 4: click payment module to complete the authentication application;

  　　Step 5: the platform will contact you within 5 working days and review the certification.

  　　The sixth step is to output the authentication result.

  
  

  　　2. What materials should be submitted for project certification?

  　　1) Basic data, select corresponding accessories according to different project products. Take the project financing product project as an example, it is necessary to provide the business license, power of attorney, copy of the identity of the holder and other information of the enterprise organization; (see the annex for details)

  　　2) Financial information, taking the project financing product project as an example, it is required to provide the audit report of the previous year, the accounting statement on the benchmark date of evaluation, the annual accounting statement and other information; (see the appendix for details)

  　　3) For other information, select the corresponding attachment to download according to the corresponding project type, and provide the corresponding information; (for details, see the attachments such as patent product project information, trademark product project information, etc.)

  　　4) Detailed statement of project revenue and expenditure (see the appendix for details)

  
  

  　　3. How to charge for project certification fee?

  　　The project certification will be charged according to the fees incurred in the process of project certification. For details, please refer to various professional audit fees.

  
  

  　　4. Is the information submitted when applying for project certification published?
