In this survey, there are 10 enterprises with different sizes and types of intellectual property rights. Overall, the awareness of various policies for intellectual property protection is average among enterprises. The main ways for enterprises to obtain policy information are through peer enterprises informing them, paying attention to government websites and forums or summits organized by government agencies, consulting government management departments, and various trainings.

From the research situation, it can be seen that with the continuous development of the economy and society, the comprehensive implementation of innovation driven strategies, and the increasing abundance of technological innovation achievements, enterprises have encountered various problems in the application, creation, application, management, protection, and other aspects of intellectual property.

From the actual situation of enterprises, when intellectual property disputes arise, they will protect intellectual property through legal and reasonable channels and methods.

Next, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will collect, organize and analyze the intellectual property information of enterprises, and conduct discussions on key issues such as intellectual property dispute response and risk prevention and control raised by enterprises.
