However, since 2019, for the purpose of seeking improper interests, a small number of enterprises and natural persons have maliciously registered the mascots of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and the winter Paralympic Games, the names of athletes and other Winter Olympic hot words, entrusted agencies to submit trademark registration applications, and illegally used the reputation of the Olympic Games and the Olympic Organizing Committee to infringe on the name rights and other legitimate rights and interests of others, It has caused significant adverse social impact and damaged the good image of China's strict protection of intellectual property rights.

In response, Bing dwen dwen strongly cracked down on the 429 trademark registration applications of 41128524th "ice pier pier" and "62453532nd AI" and "Tenth", according to the provisions of the first Olympic clause Protection Ordinance and the first paragraph (eight) of the trademark law. According to the first paragraph of Article 44 of the trademark law, 43 registered trademarks such as "xuedundun" No. 41126916 and "Gu ailing" No. 38770198 were declared invalid on their own initiative (Annex II).
