Chapter I   General Provisions

Article 1 In order to strengthen the supervision and management of the service providers of the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Exchange (hereinafter referred to as HKIPX), unify the relevant business processes, protect the legitimate rights and interests of all trading parties, and regulate the practice of service providers in the brokerage activities of listing and trading of intellectual property products, the “Hong Kong Intellectual Property Exchange Services” is hereby formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the relevant provisions of HKIPX Measures for the administration of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the measures).

Article 2 These measures are applicable to all types of HKIPX service providers and their employees.
