6、 Deepen foreign exchange and cooperation

（30） We will deepen bilateral exchanges and cooperation. We will carry out bilateral consultation, negotiation, dialogue and exchange on intellectual property issues in the field of economy and trade, and deepen the implementation of China EU intellectual property cooperation projects. （31） We will vigorously strengthen cross-border law enforcement cooperation. We will give full play to the role of overall planning and coordination, improve the enforcement mechanism for foreign-related intellectual property rights, and strengthen cross-border Enforcement Coordination and supervision of major cases. (led by the office of the national leading group to fight against infringement and counterfeiting) further promote international criminal law enforcement cooperation, and carry out transnational joint law enforcement actions around key cases. We will strengthen the construction of information platforms for intellectual property early warning and rights protection assistance, and promote the formation of overseas intellectual property rights protection assistance networks. We will continue to set up intellectual property service stations for Chinese enterprises in key overseas exhibitions to serve the "going out" of enterprises.
