Brian McElroy is primarily responsible for the strategic development and international business operations of HKIPX, and under his leadership, he has gained high recognition from consumers and global partners. He provides comprehensive guidance on the research and development and technical support of HKIPX Information Technology, including leading the team in preparing for the application for the Hong Kong Virtual Asset Exchange license. He also led several important international strategic projects for HKIPX and promoted the establishment of the World Intellectual Property Innovation Alliance (IPIC). Before joining HKIPX, he was a senior executive at Boeing, fully responsible for managing the shared service platform for common infrastructure and services provided by Boeing's subsidiaries. He also served as the President of Hilton International Hotel, responsible for leading the development and management of technology integration and global information systems; He currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University.
